Membership Options & Benefits

Here at Busy Beaver Airport Parking we recognise the importance of our loyal customers who park frequently and hence have a number of options available that will save you time and money ranging from a free Membership right up to a Company Membership with Fringe Benefit Tax deductions all with special benefits that reward our regular customers:

 

Busy Beaver Member

If you park once a year or less then become a Busy Beaver Member and take advantage of these FREE benefits:

• Make and cancel airport parking bookings online, including updating your own details
• View your current bookings and parking history online
• Gain access to seasonal special deals and offers via email
• Receive a free outside wash voucher ($29 value) for every 4 parking stays, valid for 12 months
• Receive a FREE $50 voucher (valid for 12 months) that you can use towards parking, cleaning or vehicle servicing for every 8 parking stays
• Access to our mobile friendly web site, which allows you to request a pickup from the airport without having to make a phone call
• Option to use our sister business – Andrew’s Airport Parking. Bookings can be made online using your normal Busy Beaver Member login- simply click the Andrew’s option on the booking page and you can compare the rates to Busy Beaver before finalising your booking. If you have entered an email address, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to you. Then just present your Driver’s Licence ID on check in and your full membership benefits, including any discounts will be available to you based on Andrew’s rates.

In summary you will be receiving, including your free cleans and parking voucher, over $79 of value for your FREE membership.

 

Corporate Individual Member

If you park more than 3 times in any 6 month period and want to receive a minimum 15% discount on your parking then a Corporate Individual Membership is for you.
For a small joining fee of $25 you will receive the following benefits:

• On joining instantly receive a free outside wash voucher ($29 value) valid for 12 months
• Make and cancel airport parking bookings online, including updating your own details
• View your current bookings and parking history online
• Priority pick up – your name will go to the top of the list so that you will collected by the first available courtesy bus
• Receive another free outside wash voucher (value $29) on every 5th parking stay (valid for 12 months)
• Access to our mobile friendly web site, which allows you to request a pickup from the airport without having to make a phone call
• Enjoy a quick and easy check in process using your Driver’s Licence as your ID
• Enjoy a 15% discount off our standard parking rates for the first 6 months of your membership. After your first 6 months continue to enjoy a 15% discount off our standard parking rates provided you maintain a minimum of 2 parking stays in any 6 month period. (Please note: should you fall below the minimum parking requirements your parking rate will revert to our normal rates)
• Enjoy a 20% discount off our standard parking rates if you maintain more than 5 parking stays in any 6 month period
• Once you become a Corporate Individual Member your annual ongoing membership fee is just $15 (Please note: you must pay your renewal fee by the anniversary of your joining date to qualify. If you let your membership lapse past this date, you will be required to re-join as new member including the joining fee)
• Upgrade your membership to include being able to claim a Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) deduction for any company or business vehicle that you park with us
• Option to use our sister business – Andrew’s Airport Parking. Bookings can be made online using your normal Busy Beaver Member login- simply click the Andrew’s option on the booking page and you can compare the rates to Busy Beaver before finalising your booking. If you have entered an email address, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to you. Then just present your Driver’s Licence ID on check in and your full membership benefits, including any discounts will be available to you based on Andrew’s rates.

In summary you will be receiving, including your free cleans and parking discounts based on average parking statistics over $100 of value for your $25 membership fee.

 

Corporate Individual FBT Member

‘Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) Deduction for any Company Vehicle Parked at Busy Beaver and or Andrew’s Airport Parking’

If you own or use a company vehicle when you travel then this membership is for you!!

You receive all the benefits of a Corporate Individual Member plus you will be able to claim an FBT deduction for every day your company vehicle is parked with us. To join you can either upgrade your existing Corporate Individual Membership for a small fee of $25 or you can join as a Corporate Individual FBT Member directly for $45.

How does this work you ask? Well it’s easy!!

You will be able to claim a Fringe Benefits Tax deduction, on a pro rata basis, for every day the company vehicle is parked. Busy Beaver and Andrew’s have a tax ruling in place with the Australian Taxation Office authorising us to provide your business or company with this FBT deduction.

For example: If you parked your company vehicle with us for a total of 19 days during the FBT year and your annual vehicle FBT tax liability was $4000, you would be entitled to claim a deduction of 19 days off your FBT tax liability as follows:

$4000/365 days = $10.95 per day FBT.
19 days parked at Andrew’s X $10.95 = $208.05 is the amount you can deduct from your FBT tax liability.

To upgrade your existing Corporate Individual Membership simply speak to our staff or login into your existing membership and click on the FBT tab in home page to gain access. Under the FBT tab you can nominate each company vehicle that you will use and even run an annual report that will detail all of your activity for each vehicle you nominate, making it easier for you to reconcile your activity and claim your FBT deduction. Once you have completed this we will forward you the Australian Taxation Office approved Bailment Agreement to sign and return to us. On receipt of this signed agreement you are ready to go.
